Juicy and sweet as candy. Thought to be a descendant of Red Delicious, this tree regularly sports large fruit with a clean, sweet flavor. Tree is vigorous, upright, and a heavy bearer. Fruit has golden skin with a pink blush. Keeps up to four months in proper storage. Originates from Marlboro, New York. Introduced circa 2005. Cold-hardy. Ripens in early October.
