Early Glo is an early-season variety that produces semi-sweet dessert nectarines with excellent flavor and taste.

It is characterized by its large size, vigorous upright growth, with the ability to be a productive and regular bearer of stone fruit that perform well on the West and East Coast of the United States.
The origin name of this nectarine tree is Eastern Glo but is more commonly referred to as Early Glo, especially in the South. This nectarine tree produces bushels of large-sized juicy, mostly red fruits. The fruit is further characterized by having firm flesh with good shipping and storage quality.
The Early Glo Nectarine is a clingstone variety perfect for fresh eating. Your family will enjoy harvesting homegrown fruit that ripens in June.
Plant Early Glo in a sunny, well-drained spot. This is a self-pollinating fruit tree, making it ideal for the backyard garden or orchard. The fruit and its leaves of the Early Glo Nectarine tree are resistant to bacterial spot.
Nectarine trees thrive in warmer climates, yet this newer variety (patented in 1992) has required chill hours that are still yet to be determined.
